Celebrate the weekend and join us for Yoga under the Oaks with Katie Abdul-Haqq! Practice under the canopy of trees and flow with the breeze. Stretch, balance, strengthen, and detox alongside your friends. Appropriate for all levels. Please bring a towel, yoga/exercise mat, and water. (Bring an extra towel for added cushion or sweat.) Wear comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and insect repellent, and avoid wearing perfume.
