Come through the library during Jingle Fest and have fun at Whoville! Meet the Grinch, crafts and games. Stay downtown after the Jingle Fest to watch the tree lighting and parade go through town at 5pm! The Hampshire Chamber of Commerce Holidays on State Craft & Vendor Fair will be going on as well from Noon to 6:00pm, perfect time to find those unique gifts.
