CLASSES OFFERED FOR AGES 18 MONTHS- 5 YEARS OLD

Elite Core Gymnastics specializes in providing a safe and friendly environment for child athletes to achieve and accomplish their goals in the sport of gymnastics as well as teaching lifelong skills they will learn to utilize through discipline and teamwork.   Founded by a family of sisters that are well-established, high level gymnasts of the community, their goal is to train athletes by creating a foundation built on respect and proper technique, as well as their belief is that everyone has been created uniquely, and will utilize each athlete’s strengths to help them become the best version of themselves they can be.  Gymnasts must learn the comprehensive building blocks that shape an athlete through conditioning and respect for themselves and the those that surround them.  We believe an “Elite Core “is not just an athlete’s accomplishments through the sport of gymnastics, it is also to better the core of their being.  Elite Core’s philosophy is intended to train athletes at a physical and mental level to achieve excellence.

2021 FALL CLASS SCHEDULE

Session I: Tuesdays, September 14- October 19 (6 weeks)
Registration Deadline: September 7

Dress code: Comfy shorts and t-shirt or Leotard

Parent Tot: 18 months-3 years old

Time: 9:30-10:15am
This is a parent participation class to help introduce the fundamentals of gymnastics while building the parent/child bond. This class develops large motor skills, fine motor skills, social behavior, and includes group activity as well as individual skill development. This is a 45 minute class full of non stop movement.
Fee: $95 res/ $105 nr
Min/Max: 4/8

Kinder Gym: 3-5 years old

Times: 10:30-11:15am or 11:30am-12:15pm
This is a 45 minute long class that will focus more on learning the basic gymnastics skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault, as well as strength and flexibility. We use fun and exciting props and circuits to teach and develop the skills necessary to advance and grow.
