Register online or at the Hampshire Township Park District Office at 390 South Avenue, Hampshire.

Online registration closes at 4:00pm on August 26. Registration re-opens on race day from 7:00am to 7:45am at Hampshire Middle School. In person registration only that day. No entries will be accepted after 7:45am.

Early Bird prices until July 8:

2K/10K
Hampshire residents: $30
Non-residents (nr): $35
2K- Child 12 years of age and under: $20/$25nr

Regular price begins July 9:

2K/10K
Hampshire residents: $35
Non-residents (nr): $40
2K- Child 12 years of age and under: $25/$30nr

Location

Race begins and ends at the Hampshire Middle School, 560 S. State Street, Hampshire, IL. The race will go on rain or shine. If weather is declared unsafe at start time, race will be delayed.

Hampshire is located on Illinois Route 72, approximately 15 miles west of Elgin. From the West on I-90, follow the signs at Hampshire-Marengo Exit from I-90. Coming from East on I-90, take Illinois 47 Exit and turn left (South). Go South on 47. Turn right (West) on Illinois route 72 and go approximately four miles to State Street. Turn right onto State Street and turn left on Edgewood Ave., the school entrance will be on your left.

Race Bags

Entry fee includes a T-shirt and race bag. T-shirt sizes guaranteed for registrations received through 8/5. Race bags will be available starting August 22 at 10am at the Hampshire Township Park District, 390 South Avenue, Hampshire during office hours or pick up the day of the race. Bib numbers will be in the race bags and must be worn during the race.

Awards

AN AWARD CEREMONY WILL BE HELD IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE 2K RACE. Medals will be given to the top 3 male and 3 female finishers in each age division (10K & 2K). Plaques (10K only) to the top male and top female overall finishers and the top male and female finishers who reside in Hampshire. NO DUPLICATE AWARDS WILL BE PRESENTED. You must be present to receive your awards or they may be picked up the week following the race at the park office, they will not be mailed. Online results will be posted at j3timing.com at completion on the race.

Additional Information

Strollers (permitted in 2K only) Bikes, skates, and dogs are not permitted in the races. Water stations will be available during the race. Online results will be posted at j3timing.com at completion on the race.
